Sexual Health Services 4 Herefordshire

There is a Sexual Health Safeguarding Nurse within the Sexual Health Services 4 Herefordshire service who works with children, young people and adults who are deemed to be at significant risk of sexual exploitation. She runs a Safe Team Vulnerability Clinic in iSH in Hereford and also sees people who are either unable, or highly anxious about accessing routine sexual health clinics and therefore require a targeted and specific service from another venue. Any individual, agency or professional in contact with vulnerable young people and adults at significant risk of sexual exploitation can refer to the clinic.

Sexual Health Services 4 Herefordshire also receive referrals to the Health Promotion Specialist for Sexual Health and Healthy Relationships sessions, ideally provided in a group setting, and with some provision for 1:1 education.

Click here to access the referral form: Form for direct referral to Sexual Health Service 4 Herefordshire (Integrated Sexual Health Services) which should be returned by secure email to sexualhealth.4herefordshire@nhs.net

If you have any queries, please contact Inga Churchman on 07773 474470.
