New online counselling and wellbeing service for 11 – 26 year olds
Kooth has just launched a new online counselling and wellbeing service in Herefordshire for 11 – 26 year olds.
Kooth is:
- Safe, confidential, anonymous
- Free to users
- Available 365 days a year through a smart phone, tablet or computer: go to www.kooth.com
Kooth can help with many types of concerns including: relationship problems, family issues, school or college worries, feeling low or depressed, drink, drug or money problems.
Kooth helps to reduce wait times for young people seeking help and removes stigma around mental health.
Kooth is a “BACP accredited service”, which means it is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
